Missing Pieces
What should I do if my new game arrives with missing or damaged components?
If in the United States...
Whether you bought directly from us or another retailer, we will replace all missing and damaged components for free. No need to return the product. Simply send us your name, preferred shipping address, and list of needed components. Please use our contact page.
If international...
Due to international shipping costs, the fastest and easiest method for replacing missing or damaged components is to return the product to your retailer in exchange for a new unit.
I lost some game components, do you sell spare parts?

If international...
Due to international shipping costs, we cannot offer spare parts at this time. It would be cheaper for you to buy a new unit locally than for us to ship parts abroad.

Will there be an expansion to Plunder?
We have lots of other projects further along in the pipeline that require our attention, but we hope one day we will release an expansion set.
Will there be an expansion to King's Cup Extreme?

Submissions
Do you accept submissions for new games or expansion ideas?
Due to a full project pipeline, we are currently not seeking ideas for new games but we love hearing ideas to improve existing games or expansion ideas. Please use our contact page. We will reach out if we have any follow up questions.
Do you need playtesters for projects in development?
We are always on the lookout for eager and insightful playtesters. We can definitely add you to our list. Just let us know your location, the demographic of your game group, and what type of games you enjoy playing. Please use our contact page.

Do you accept submissions for film & television ideas or screenplays?
